Blue Lotus Meditation Group

It gives me great pleasure to introduce the inception of The Blue Lotus Meditation Group!
While we will pick up where the Thursday Night Meditation Group leaves off, it is my intention to promote a more wholeistic and harmonious practice based in Buddhism, Mindfulness and Compassionate Action, all of which have been the primary components of my Priest Studies these past 3 years under the direction of Sensei Tony Stultz of the Blue Mountain Lotus Society.
The Blue Lotus Meditation Group will essentially remain a sitting group, with monthly Liturgy, occasional guest speakers, and perhaps a Buddhist movie night and/or a Buddhist book discussion night. It is my intention to serve the community in any way I can through the Buddha, the Dharma, the Sangha, as a fully ordained Priest.
I am also excited to begin a partnership with the Dickinson College Women's Center & Center for Diversity Initiative. They have been welcoming and open to my dreams of sharing the Dharma, and I look forward to perhaps joining in their ideas and activities for serving the College community, as well as the greater Carlisle community. I am excited to get started working on cooperative ventures and foresee a fruitful partnership.

Our new home is Landis House, at the corner of West Pomfret & South College Street, in Carlisle.

Our sitting schedule will remain as it has for the past 4 years: 6 p.m. Thursday nights, beginning August 19.
There should be plenty of parking on the street, and our entrance to the House is on North College Street.
Hope to see you there!
