Random Word Haiku

Semiformal weeder
iceblink anthropology
trippingly blessed

Random Word Haiku, at www.cs.indiana.edu/cgi-bin/haiku, is a cool way to play with words and meaning.
Using the 3 line, 5-7-5 syllabic structure of the standard haiku form, Random chooses words out of a dictionary and shuffles them together to create nonsense, total sense, shake-up sense, no-sense-no-form-no-emptiness....hmmm, you might see where I'm going with this. Gives new meaning to "form is emptiness, emptiness is form"!*
The "Semiformal" haiku above was generated from a possible selection of 5.75x10^30 possibilities!
Fun, hu?
Try it!

Hi Brooke,
I LOVE the haiku generator--what a fantastic way to relax my mind in the middle of a crazy day at work!!! Please let me know if you start doing meditation at D'son other days of the week (I've got class Tues. & Thurs. evenings). It'd be great to be able to practice in the company of others, since I'm almost never able to make it over to the BMLS house.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on life and Buddhism in this wonderful blog! :)
