A Bug's Eye View

Ever wonder what it would be like to inhabit an ant's body for a little while?
Sure you have!
Far from falling shoes and Raid, just to glide down the slide of a glossy tulip leaf or get lost in a golden cup of sunlight and sugar, then find your way to the edge of infinity...and even if you fall off, your little ecto-skeleton is strong and built for tumbling, then re gaining balance and running away, lucky ant, on 6 coat hanger legs!

So that's what I was thinking about when I snapped photographs at the Hershey Garden awhile ago, when the tulips were in abundance and the sky was just about to let loose with a big shower. Children were posed beside giant stalks, mini stalks, colors and patterns of crazy variety!
A couple posed for wedding photographs, and even though
she looked cold in her sleeveless dress, she also looked happy!

From an ant's perspective, this must look like a lot of sky...well, actually, it looked like a lot of sky to me too, never mind being ant sized! But then, I suppose a large, sturdy leaf would act as an umbrella.

Yaaaaa, candy cane flowers!

Golden heaven
Honey, chocolate, rain drop
Spring!
